Samba Soccer Training LLC ("Samba," "we," "us," or "our") provides youth soccer instruction and related services, including elementary after-school soccer programs, group training sessions, private training, and seasonal camps, across Sarasota, Bradenton, and Lakewood Ranch, Florida. Program schedules, locations, session dates, and pricing are shown at the point of registration on this website. We may adjust rosters, coaches, session times, or locations when reasonably necessary to operate the program.
Registration is completed on this website. Prices for each program and month are displayed before you pay, and payment is collected securely at checkout. By registering, the parent or legal guardian confirms that the information provided is accurate and that they are authorized to enroll the participant.
If your circumstances change, you may contact us at [email protected] to request a cancellation. Whether any refund, account credit, or transfer to a different month or program is offered is determined by Samba on a case-by-case basis and is granted solely at our discretion.
If Samba cancels a program or a scheduled session — for example, due to insufficient enrollment, facility availability, weather, or other circumstances — we will refund the fees for the affected portion. Where practical, we may also offer a make-up session or an account credit as an alternative, which you are welcome to accept in place of a refund.

Participants are expected to follow the reasonable instructions of Samba coaches and staff and to treat other participants, coaches, and facilities with respect. We may remove a participant from a session or program for conduct that endangers or disrupts others; refunds in such cases, if any, are at our discretion. Parents and guardians are responsible for the timely drop-off and pick-up of participants according to program instructions.
By registering a participant, the responsible parent or legal guardian acknowledges and agrees to the following (the same waiver presented at checkout):
I acknowledge that I am the responsible guardian of the participant and accept all associated responsibilities. I affirm that the participant is in good physical condition and does not have any known condition that would prevent safe participation, and that participation is voluntary and undertaken at the participant's own risk. Soccer training is a recreational sport activity that may involve strenuous physical activity and a risk of injury.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release Samba Soccer Training LLC and its affiliates, successors, assignees, franchisees, licensees, officers, agents, and employees from any and all claims, demands, and causes of action arising out of participation in Samba programs, including any injury or illness that may result.
I grant Samba Soccer Training LLC permission to take photographs, video, or other media of the participant and to use them for commercial and non-commercial purposes, including marketing, advertising, and promotional materials across websites, social media, and print.
